Terms of Use

These terms apply to Prompter Plus on Android and iOS. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prompter Plus on devices you own or control, according to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

Your content

Your scripts and recordings belong to you and stay on your device unless you choose to save or share them. You are responsible for the content you record and share, and for having the rights to it.

Premium and payments

Your first 3 kept clips are free. Prompter Plus Premium unlocks unlimited recordings as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds follow the store's policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to record people without the consent the law requires, or to infringe the rights of others. Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost recordings; keep your own copies of important clips. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
